Shipping & Returns

60 day return policy if the product is factory sealed and unopened.
MV Supplements is located in Sweden, we ship all orders same-day with Tracked PostNord 1st Class Priority mail shipping is free to Sweden and 9 euros elsewhere. Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched on the same day (including weekends) if payment is received before 17:00 mid-day (Stockholm/Berlin time).

Reship Policy

If tracking shows your item has not arrived to you we will reship free of charge 

 

We do not accept claims of:

#1: My bottle leaked during shipping

#2: my package arrived but there was nothing inside

#3: the tracking says delivered but there is no package in my mailbox

We do not accept these claims because they can not be proven and can simply be claimed by anyone to receive a free product. We have done incredibly extensive testing on our bottles and have developed some of the strongest & best sealing PET bottles in the industry and every product is shipped inside a durable double padded bubbled wrapped envelope and we know our products arrive safe 99.9% of the time. By purchasing you agree to our terms unconditionally. 

 

Cancellation Fee's

#1: After placing your order If you want to cancel your order there is a 15% cancellation fee 

#2: If the order you have placed in already shipped then there is a 15% cancellation fee + original shipping charge will not be returned to you (because we have already paid for it) + you must pay the shipping cost to return the item (return shipping must be tracked)

 #3: If you do not pick up your order in time and it is returned to us you have the option to pay 10 Euros to buy another shipping label for your reship, if you do not want to pay for the reship and would prefer to cancel your order this counts as a cancellation and includes a 15% cancellation fee + the original shipping cost is not refunded

If you subscribe to our mailing list we will only use your email to send you customised offers. No personal data is sold or given to anyone.

 

 Below is a list of all of the countries we can ship to using tracking. These include all developed countries and most under-developed countries. If you are ordering from a country that does not have tracking then you are not entitled to a free reship. If you order from one of these countries and your package does not arrive then contact our staff team on the contact page and we wil find a suitable solution. By purchasing you agree to our terms unconditionally.
